Legality varies significantly. In the US, Kalshi operates under full CFTC regulation and is legal in all 50 states; Polymarket returned in 2025 via QCX.
Most of the EU allows access to blockchain-based platforms without a local license, but VAT and tax treatment differ. Check with a local advisor.
Some jurisdictions (e.g. France for certain gambling-adjacent products, Belgium, Singapore) impose restrictions. Always confirm before depositing.
